10x Technology is pleased to announce Thomas (Tom) Migala,  has joined as the CEO, adding his executive depth and operational experience to the 10x management team.

Tom has more than 30 years experience leading companies and developing and implementing technology programs. From 2009 to 2015 he was Principle of Pegasus Partners and Associates providing investment capital, and process improvement expertise to companies across the midwest. He was also President & CEO of FANUC AMERICA Corporation from 2005 to 2009 in the field of factory automation, growing the business from $70 million to over $200 million. Tom also held several leadership positions at General Electric Corporation including Six Sigma Leader & Master Black Belt for Commercial Aircraft Engines, President Aircraft Engines North Pacific, and a manager in GE’s Corporate Business Development. He has also held leadership positions in start-up companies working in advanced materials and manufacturing technology. He received his BS and MS from the University of Michigan in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s of Business Science from MIT. He is co-investigator and author of several patents and research papers. Through Pegasus Partners’ investment fund, Tom is also an investor in 10x Technology.
